Register For Lady Mustangs Lacrosse
We’re excited to welcome players and families for another season of Lady Mustang Lacrosse!
Complete the registration form below to register your player for the 2026–27 FHS Girls Lacrosse season. Once registered, you’ll also be invited to join our team on BoosterHub and download the mobile app, which we’ll use throughout the season for team communications, calendars, volunteer opportunities, our online store and more.
Registration Fees
The total registration fee for the 2026–27 season is $1,000 per player and includes:
- Annual Registration – $750
- Player Pack – $250, including home and away uniforms, a sweat set, shooter shirt and pinnie
Please note: Registration is not complete until registration fees have been paid.
Payment Options
Registration fees may be paid in full ($1,000) or in two $500 payments:
- First Payment: $500 due October 4, 2026
- Final Payment: $500 due January 1, 2027
